Book Blitz: Love and Other Unknown Variables by Shannon Alexander

***First, I'd like to apologise for not being very active. I have just gone back to school after the mid-term holidays, and so I am a bit busier. I will work out a schedule to fit in this blog though, but for now, let me make it up to you with this awesome book blitz!***

Written by the amazing and talented Shannon Alexander!

This beautiful novel was released on the 10th of July, 2014 and it'd fall upon the genre of teenage reads.

Summary {GoodReads}Charlie Hanson has a clear vision of his future. A senior at Brighton School of Mathematics and
Science, he knows he’ll graduate, go to MIT, and inevitably discover solutions to the universe’s
greatest unanswered questions. He’s that smart. But Charlie’s future blurs the moment he
reaches out to touch the tattoo on a beautiful girl’s neck.
The future has never seemed very kind to Charlotte Finch, so she’s counting on the present.
She’s not impressed by the strange boy at the donut shop—until she learns he’s a student at
Brighton where her sister has just taken a job as the English teacher. With her encouragement,
Charlie orchestrates the most effective prank campaign in Brighton history. But, in doing so, he
puts his own future in jeopardy.
By the time he learns she's ill—and that the pranks were a way to distract Ms. Finch from
Charlotte’s illness—Charlotte’s gravitational pull is too great to overcome. Soon he must choose
between the familiar formulas he’s always relied on or the girl he’s falling for (at far more than
32 feet per second squared).

Cover Reveal: Last House Burning by Katy Scott

Hello! I signed up for this cover reveal after reading the synopsis and falling in love. I cannot wait until it comes out for the public, I'll be the first to buy it...

Okay, so now for the synopsis that I fell in love with:
In an old house in a deserted, burned-down village, a young woman called Verla lives alone. Year after year she stays there while the world changes around her, no one else ever stepping foot in the village, the people in the nearby towns leaving her well alone. Verla is used to it. It’s the way things have to be.
Until Ben, a bored teenager visiting the area with his family, barges into her life and demands to know her story. He’s strangely drawn to the house and its reclusive occupant, and when he finds out her terrible secret he’s only more determined to help.
But Ben is dealing with forces he never even imagined existed. As he spirals deeper and deeper into the bureaucratic world of Heaven and Hell that Verla is part of, he realizes that it’s going to take more than just an appointment at the local office of the underworld if he and Verla plan to face down her devilish foe and give her a final chance at freedom.

So who wrote this fabulous book?
Katy Scott!!!

"I write books in a couple of different genres: urban fantasy and chick lit/romance. When I’m not writing books I write for lifestyle magazines and corporate websites, and I blog about gaming over at warpkey.org.
I like movies, video games, cheese, shoes and my husband. I’m technically an adult but most of the time I feel like I’m just pretending to be one." -Katy

New Review Requests!

The other day, while browsing the internet, I discovered a sale on in iBooks, and of course, decided to have a look.
Usually, when an app has sales, they reduce the prices of not-so-fantastic products, but I found some interesting titles.

So, here are the titles that I will be reviewing:
•The Iron King, Julie Kagawa
•Poison Study, Maria V. Snyder
•Wings, Aprillynne Pike
•I Heart New York, Lindsey Kelk
•Nobody But Him, Victoria Purman
•Breaking Rules, Tracie Bucket
•The Last Girl, Michael Adams
•Sweet Addiction, J. Daniels
•A French Girl in New York, Anna Adams

I am quite busy with school work, but I will review these novels as soon as I read them.
The reviews will also be posted on the iBook store.

Anyway, I cannot wait to read all of these books! So I must get going in order to gain more time.

Good Evening!

Good evening!

I know that, due to time-zones, you may not read this post in the evening, but I tend to blog at night, so if I end up greeting you awesome people every time I write something on this blog, I will most likely write, "Good evening!"
